Career development with a global organisation What You'll DoAs the Village Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a remote village, including:

Leading and supporting teams across catering, housekeeping, accommodation, and facilities

Managing rosters, budgets, and service delivery standards

Ensuring compliance with HSE and company policies

Building strong relationships with clients and staff

Driving performance, safety, and team culture on site What You’ll Need to Succeed 4+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or facilities management

Experience managing diverse teams and multiple departments

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills

Budgeting and reporting experience (P&L accountability preferred)

Understanding of HSE and HR compliance

Valid manual driver’s licence

Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and a police check
